If you have an Alaska Airlines electronic bag tag with the original black zip tie strap, you qualify for a complimentary strap replacement kit.
The strap replacement kit contains all the tools necessary to replace the device’s strap with our newly designed polyurethane strap. This improved strap is more durable and fastens with a buckle, no longer requiring a removal tool.
The replacement kits are expected to ship within 2-7 days.
Step 1: Find your device ID
Your device ID will be used as the coupon code for a complimentary rework kit.
The device ID can be found on the back of your electronic bag tag. It will start with ID: and includes 14 characters divided by dashes as shown in this example: ID:25-4C-F5-94-E5-00-00.
Please note: your device ID is your coupon code.
Step 2: Order kit
One complimentary replacement kit is available per device ID. Additional kits may be ordered for $25 each.
To order your complimentary replacement kit, simply add it to your cart. If you have multiple devices, select the number of kits you are requesting.
View Cart to enter your device ID(s) in the coupon code field. Separate multiple device IDs with a comma, followed by a space. Example: 25-4C-F5-94-E5-00-00, 25-1A-33-72-57-00-00
